SUMMARY:Wine Tasting
DESCRIPTION:Boutique English wine\, grown and made in the Teign Valley\, Devon. \nHuxbear Vineyard was planted by Ben and Lucy Hulland in 2007 on 14 acres of south and south west facing slopes in the Teign Valley\, Devon. A further planting was undertaken in 2013 bringing the total planted area to just over 15 acres.​ \nThe vines are planted in two fields\, one of 9\,500 Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines which is currently used entirely for sparkling wine production. The other field holds a further 7\,000 vines\, a mixture of Chardonnay\, Pinot Noir\, Pinot Meunier\, Bacchus\, Schonberger and Siegerrebe\, from which a mixture of still and sparkling wines are produced.
