A trip to the Victorian sea side resorts of Dawlish and Teignmouth
We will drive to Dawlish Warren and take a coastal walk along the sea wall to Dawlish. See if you can spot the rare black swans on Dawlish water. Perhaps pop in to Gay’s creamery for a locally famous Cornish pasty or cream scone.
Then if you have time and energy and the weather is fine, you will continue on your walk along the coast path dropping down smugglers lane to walk along the seawall to Teignmouth.
This is a good wet weather walk as it is mostly footpath underfoot so No Mud! and lovely sea views.
